But the work is always responsive to where YOU are, not where some framework says you should be.

Over six months, we unpack what's been driving you, gently challenge unhelpful thinking, and help you rebuild your relationship with yourself – so you can make decisions from clarity rather than guilt, pressure, or habit.
Most people move through three broad phases – but we go at your pace, not a predetermined schedule:

Redesign is less about "fixing your life" and more about understanding yourself deeply enough to choose it.
What Shifts – And When
In the first couple of sessions:
You won't have everything sorted – and that's not the point.
What most people feel quite quickly is relief: someone's finally listening properly, and nothing's being judged or rushed. You'll start to notice your inner dialogue more clearly – what it's saying, when it's unhelpful, how it keeps you stuck. And gently, you'll begin to soften towards yourself rather than beating yourself up for feeling the way you do.
For many clients, that early shift – feeling seen, less alone, and a bit kinder to themselves – is already a meaningful win.
By the end of the programme:
The shifts are often subtle on the outside but seismic on the inside. Clarity replaces confusion. Permission replaces guilt. Confidence replaces fear. Excitement (or peace) replaces daily dread.
You might stay in your business. You might leave. You might completely redesign your role. The goal isn't to push you in any direction – it's to help you discover YOUR answer and feel confident in it.
Most clients leave with a clearer sense of who they are now (beyond their business and achievements), the confidence to make decisions without being paralysed by guilt or self-doubt, a calmer relationship with their own mind – less inner battle, more self-trust – and a life and business that feel like a conscious choice, not a trap they've drifted into.
What You Get
20 x 1:1 Online Coaching Sessions:
1 x Foundation Session (90 minutes) – we start with space to slow down and align on where you're headed, establishing how we'll work together so you get exactly what you need from the coaching
18 x Coaching Sessions (1 hour) via Zoom, scheduled mostly weekly over 6 months
1 x Closing Session (90 minutes) – time to pause and celebrate how far you've come, claim every shift as your own, and close with clarity on what's next
Post-Programme Support:
1 x Review Check-In (30–45 minutes) a few weeks later – a space to see how your insights have translated into daily life, check what's working, and navigate any friction points
Between-Session Support:
WhatsApp/email access when you need a sounding board – including during live decision moments when you need to stay out of autopilot

Tools adapted to your needs (where appropriate) – scenario planning, values work, decision frameworks, energy mapping
How I Make This Easy for You
There's no busywork between sessions – no forms to fill in, no prep you have to do before we talk. Sometimes I'll suggest something between sessions (like noticing when you say yes when you actually mean no, or finally having that bath you keep saying you need), but you can always say no or make a counter-offer. This is responsive, not prescriptive. Some people like to jot down a couple of thoughts beforehand, but that's entirely optional.
We fix a regular weekly slot that works for both of us, so you're not constantly reorganising your diary or holding the admin in your head. (And of course, we're flexible when life gets in the way.)
You've also got support between sessions by message, so if something comes up or you need to think something through, you're not left carrying it alone.
Why it's designed this way
The real work happens between sessions – when you're applying your insights to the complexity of daily life. The Foundation and Closure sessions bookend the programme, so you're not jumping straight into the deep end or walking away wondering if it "took." The post-programme check-in exists because sometimes the shifts only fully land once you're on the other side.
It's intentionally designed to reduce the pressure, the second-guessing, and the feeling that you have to "do coaching properly." You've spent long enough stuck in something that doesn't fit. This shouldn't be one of them.

By session three, you'll know whether this is the right fit. If it's not working for you, walk away with a full refund – no hard feelings. I'll ask what didn't click (because I'm genuinely curious to know what works and what doesn't), but the refund is yours either way.
If it is working but we find the coaching needs more time to settle? I'll add up to two Closing Session at no extra charge. You've spent long enough stuck in something that doesn't fit. This shouldn't be one of them.
